Using several different manufacturing techniques CCI can create custom foam trays for handling and shipping applications. If the application requires short term use we can easily with to a less expensive Pink foam that has a shelf life.
Foam can be used to create trays. Whether using pink or black foam a tray can be cut into several different designs. By layering the foam, we can create just about any variation required. They tray can be stand alone or encased in a tote. Most features that we can do in a thermoformed design can be applied to foam.
