The tray is made from S680 and is permanently dissipative and cleanable with IPA. Typically, foam is used to hold the part in the tray during transport. We have replaced the foam with Flex bubble to create that soft cushioning hold down of the part. Flex is cleanable with IPA and permanently dissipative. The outer box is a standard CCI case that completely seals the edges so there is no gap. Strong hinges and a tight clasp complete the perfect package. Standard sizes are available of the case and we sell them empty, with foam or with bubbles. Add your own custom designed tray and your product will be protected even in the toughest of environments.
