Lead Times: Stock products ship in 24 to 48 hours after receipt of order. Stock products are designated with a red dot after the part number. Standard products ship in 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of order.
Stock Returns: CCI will accept returns of stock products within 30 days of the order and to a maximum dollar volume of $5,000. All returns must be approved by CCI customer service and assigned a RMA number before they will be accepted at CCI. A 15% restocking charge applies to all items returned and the customer pays the return freight charges. If returns are made as the result of an error by CCI, CCI will pay the return freight and replace the parts as required.
Standard Parts: Standard parts are not returnable except for product defects or a CCI error. Standard part orders for less than 100 parts will have no printing.
Minimum Order: $100
Stock Outs: CCI stock products are normally in stock, however, CCI is not responsible for delays due to temporary stock-outs. CCI will make every attempt to produce and deliver as quickly as possible in these instances. CCI is not responsible for charges incurred for expedited freight.
Pricing: CCI maintains a stock products price list that is subject to change without notice.
Shipping Charges: National shipping charge for an on-line purchase is 10% of the order’s subtotal. International shipments will have shipping charges quoted, and payment agreed upon, prior to shipment.
