Conductive Fluted Plastic (CFP) is a durable, customizable material essential for protecting PCBs during shipping and handling. CCI’s Durastat tote, made from CFP and aluminum extrusions, provides effective static mitigation and cushioning through the material’s extruded fluting. CFP is available in 2MM, 3MM, and 4MM profiles and can be fabricated into various products like totes, trays, bins, and mailers to fit your needs.

Although CFP doesn’t match Corstat’s shielding properties, it is a significant upgrade over solid plastic totes. CFP performs exceptionally well in reusable programs, often lasting many years.
