At CCI we utilize a variety of ESD safe materials to develop the ideal container to fit your boards and specific handling needs. Static sensitive electronic components need to be protected while being stored and moved through the manufacturing processes. CCI trays, bins and kitting designs can be very effective in moving components from storage to the workstation and through the stages of manufacturing and test.

CCI’s business focus is static protective packaging and material handling. However, many of our designs as well as our manufacturing capabilities lend themselves very well to handling products that are not ESD sensitive and do not enter ESD safe areas.

CCI can provide thermoformed, fluted plastic, corrugated and foam designs using our design expertise and production capabilities. Often even our stock ESD designs can be adapted in non- ESD materials to fit an application not requiring static control.
